We believe in the divine revelation of the Holy Scriptures regarding the heavenly home that Christ has gone to prepare for those who love him. It will be a place of eternal happiness, free from all evil, where man will enjoy perfect communion with his God.There is also a place of eternal torment "prepared for the devil and his angels." Man goes to this place alone because of his persistent rebellion against God and his refusal to receive the grace and salvation that God offers him through Jesus Christ (Revelation 20:10-15; 21:1-8).We believe that this era is rapidly drawing to a close. However, he believes that God will intervene in human affairs by punishing an ungodly world and an apostate church during a period called "the great tribulation."
